No, I will not keep things Private.
Why I share & how it can impact lives.
Some people believe that living a private life is the best approach. And while I understand and value the importance of privacy for certain things, for me, sharing is caring. If everyone kept everything to themselves, many of us wouldn’t be where we are today. In fact, if others hadn’t shared, some people might not even be alive today. I see great value in sharing- it's a form of giving back. You never know who’s on the other side, needing to hear or see exactly what you’ve chosen to share.
I share for many reasons: to advocate, to educate, to raise awareness, and to gain new and fresh perspectives. I share to inspire or motivate, to resonate with others, and to offer comfort in knowing you're not alone. Sharing offers opportunities to reflect, compare (for motivational purposes), and grow, sometimes helping people to realize there's more out there than what they’ve known.
It can expand your thinking or introduce you to new mindsets and ways of living. It challenges you to pause, reflect, and reevaluate things you may have accepted as normal. Sharing can entertain, surprise, empower, and uplift. It encourages people to aim higher, stand up for themselves, use their voice, and speak out for others.
Many people don’t realize how much they’re capable of, whether in life, relationships, or personal growth- until they hear someone else’s story. Sometimes, all it takes is hearing someone else’s experience to realize what’s truly possible. My writing is for anyone and everyone, and I write on the following topics:
I was raised in a very open and communicative family. We were not only encouraged to speak our minds, but also taught the value of using our voices. I understand that some people may feel certain things are overshared, but I only share what I genuinely feel comfortable sharing. If I didn’t, I wouldn’t share at all.
